Education and Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition & Food Science, Nursing, or Health Sciences.
- 2-3 years of experience in patient counseling, chronic disease management, or therapeutic education preferred; fresh graduates with a degree from an HEC-recognized institution are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering virtual counseling.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Provide counselling and education to patients on their prescribed therapy.
*Guide patients through therapy initiation, including dose schedules and self-administration (where applicable).
*Serve as a key resource for patients to address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce treatment confidence.
*Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions in accordance with program protocols and compliance standards.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including commercial & medical teams to ensure alignment.
*Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge, therapeutic guidelines, and patient support best practices
