Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordination To coordinate between Field Force and Head Office.
- Tour Programs - To maintain tour programs of Field Force and Head Office Staff
- Record Keeping - To maintain files and records of the Field Force join and resign cases
- Expenses - To check travelling expenses and claims of Field Force, Managers and Head Of Department on monthly basis.
- Promotional Material - To dispatch promotional material to Field Force.
- Requisitions and Samples - To maintain record of all requisitions and samples.
- Online Orders confirmation and processing
- Online Order related complaint management
